Return Policy

Firearms

FIREARMS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER THE TRANSFER PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm BEFORE completing the transfer. If there is a problem with your firearm, contact us BEFORE completing the transfer. We will work with the store at no cost to you. After we have reviewed the defective firearm, you will have the option of receiving a replacement or receiving a refund for the defective firearm. We understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, by purchasing a firearm from us, you agree that upon discovering a defect in your transferred firearm that you will work with the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with their warranty policy).

Ammo sale: All ammo sales are FINAL! No returns or replacement on ammo.

Defective Accessories: Defective items that are not firearms or ammunition may bereturned within 30 days of receipt at no cost to you. Please email us to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and begin the return process. A return shipping label will be provided to you at no cost. You will have the option of receiving a replacement item or receiving a refund for the defective item.

Non-defective Accessories

Non-defective items that are not firearms or ammunition may be returned within 30 days of receipt, however you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in 100% original condition with all labels, papers/manuals and packaging materials intact. Please email us to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and begin the return process.
